Trevor had his first real meal today. He had some rice cereal. He really liked it and couldn't get enough. He kept grabbing the spoon and was trying to feed himself. I would have to say it was a successful meal. Now we will see if he sleeps better.

Craig was able to get off work early Wednesday so we went back to Pier 39. We started at Ghiradelli Square which wasn't that exciting. We walked over to the Pier and watched the sea lions for awhile and then we went and ate at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. again. We had a very good trip but are happy to be home.

So far we are having a very good time. TC and I walked around to a bunch of stores yesterday and along one of the piers. We met Craig for lunch and had a deli samich. Craig got off work at 5 and the three of us hopped on a cable car and went to pier 39. We walked through all the neat shops and tooks some pics of Alcatraz. Craig is standing in front of it in his pic. I think you have to take a ferry out to the actual island. Since we won't have time to do that I figured a pic was better then nothing. We ate dinner at Bubba Gump Shrimp Company. It was awesome. We had some of the best coconut shrimp ever. We hit up a chocolate store on the way back and got ourselves a couple goodies. It was colder then we are used to but we had a lot of fun anyway. TC didn't sleep much last night. I am pretty sure he is teething. It made for a very long night. I am hanging out in the hotel room today so TC can sleep. Poor Craig had to go to work.

We are in San Francisco this week. Craig had to come here for some training so TC and I tagged along. We got here yesterday afternoon and it was rainy and cold. We are used to warm weather so of course all we brought was shorts. We had to take a shuttle from the airport to the subway and then the subway to the hotel. It was a long trip but TC was very good. We are looking forward to doing a bit of sight seeing while Craig is at work. Here are some pics of the view outside our hotel window. The weather looks nicer today so hopefully we won't freeze again. I am not partial to drinking hot chocolate in the summer. :)

Not much has been going on. Trevor has been having a lot of tummy time. We went by our new house and they started it. They are supposed to be digging the trenches and installing the pipes today.

Today was a great first mothers day. Trevor slept thru the night so we got a goods nights rest. Craig got up with him this morning and went to the store to get breakfast stuff. When I got up they had just gotten back. I came out and asked where Trevor was. Craig said he is in the living room. I went to get him and he was sitting in his carseat holding a card and some flowers were setting in front of him. It was so sweet. The card had color crayon scribbles all over it. Craig said he gave Trevor a crayon and held the card while Trevor colored it by himself. I cried like a baby. We spent the rest of the day going to the zoo, eating mexican food and swimming. It was a perfect day with my family.

Trevor found his thumb today. He was sucking on it really loud with a big smile on his face and laughing at the same time. It was like he found a hidden treasure.

The for sale sign went up in our yard. We have our first group of people coming to look tomorrow. It is kind of sad to think we are leaving our first home. At the same time it is exciting to move on to bigger things...MUCH bigger!!!

Craig is in San Francisco for the next couple of days so TC and I are all alone with the dogs. We have spent the day playing and he slept on his blue pillow. We got our house put on the market so today is the first day it is listed in the mls. We are very excited to be getting a new house with more room and a much, much bigger back yard. I think the dogs will really love it. It will be fun to play ball in and when Ian comes to visit we can play hockey.

It was finally warm enough to swim today. Well sort of. Craig stood on the pool steps and dipped Trevors feet in the water. At first he jumped a little bit but he never cried. I think he kind of liked it. Hopefully soon the water will be warm enough so we can actually take him into the pool. He is so cute in his little swimming trunks (If I do say so myself :)

Today was a very eventful day. We put earnest money down on a new house. It will be finished by the end of September. We are so excited to have more space for the dogs to run and for Trevor to play when he is bigger. The house is two story with almost 2500 sq ft on a 1/3 acre lot. House. It is the Richland floor plan. We spoke with a realtor today and our house should be listed on Wednesday. Hopefully all goes well with the sale of our old house and we can move straight from it to our new house. Otherwise we may have to find a rental in the interim. Trevor was very good while we signed all the papers. He just sat on my lap and stared at the ceiling fan. He seems to do that alot.

Not much going on today. Just wanted to say Hi to everyone. Trevor is being good today and only woke up once last night. Craig woke up with him so I actually got a full nights sleep.

Sacked Out

It has been brought to my attention that I am slacking on the blog (thanks Kristen :) Not much has been going on. We went and watched the Red Bull Flugtag. For those who don't know what it is, It is a competion put on by Red Bull. They put a big ramp over the lake in cities all over the U.S. This past weekend it was in Tempe at Tempe Town Lake. Amateur fliers sign up and build a flying contraption and fly it off of the ramp. It is judged on creativity and who's flies the furthest. We saw some really creative flying machines. We saw one that was of the van in Dumb and Dumber. It was the Shaggin Waggin. Trevor slept through most of it like usual. Here is a pic of him sleeping on his mat. He falls asleep alot while playing.
