1st Snow 2016

We got our first snow of the year this week. Sadly, Cole was at school so wasn't home to play in it with us. Trevor had a blast sledding down the driveway. Max even got out and played in it.

Ice Skating

Cole was invited to an ice skating birthday party. He was so excited. He had never been before but went right out and gave it a shot. His bottom hurt the next day from falling but he had a blast.

Veteran's Day assembly Boy Scouts

For the Veteran's Day Assembly the scouts were asked to come and do the flag salute. The boys loved being able to wear their uniforms to school and participate in the assembly.

For our fundraiser the kids that raised money won a chance to play slime wars with the principal. To get them excited to raise money my, friend Cari and I went in at lunch and demonstrated how to play. The kids loved it and the fundraiser was super successful.

Halloween 2016

Trevor's school went on a Halloween parade through town. He loved hanging out with his school friends.

Trevor was a steam punk and Cole was Foxy from Five Nights at Freddy's. Someone we didn't get another pic of Cole.

Trevor got his braces off

Trevor got his braces off the week before Halloween. He was so excited to be able to eat all the candy. His awesome orthodontist got him a cake for his new smile.

Late Night at Church with Aidan

Trevor and his friend Aidan went to an event at our church called Late Night. Kids in 3rd - 5th grade got together and do fun challenges, eat pizza and watch and illusionist. There were excited because they got to stay at the church until 10 pm and then came back to our house for a sleep over.

I picked them up and they had paint all over their faces. Their teams name was The Moustachios. Apparently at one point they all had moustaches painted on their faces but it came off during the challenges. Trevor had a blast having his friend over and fell asleep 20 minutes after he left.

Cub Scout Laser Tag

This week our Cub Scout Pack had a laser tag event. The boys LOVED it!

Sadly, I couldn't get any pictures of Trevor because he was too far away.

Pie Eating Contest

Last week we had our back to school BBQ at school. During the BBQ we had a pie eating contest against the principle. Cole and I were both chosen to compete. The pie consisted of chocolate pudding, graham cracker crust, whip cream and sprinkles. Cole hated the taste but did the best job he could.

He has a trash bag on to protect his clothes.
