Cole's T-ball Team

Here are some pictures of Cole and his baseball team.  He is loving it.  He is learning to hit the ball when the coach pitches it.  He has hit two balls in games now and played first base last week.

Tree

We found a big tree at a park and tried to figure out how many people it takes to wrap around the tree.  The answer was...4.

The Ugly Woodpecker

Trevor's class did a series of plays this week.  Trevor was in The Ugly Woodpecker.  He played Donnie Duck.  Each kid had a mask that they decorated to portray their part.  Trevor did a great job.  It was fun to see how well the kids did with memorizing their lines.

Ziplining over the Truckee River

We went to the Reno River Festival today.  One of the activities they offered was ziplining.  Of course Craig and Trevor jumped right on that.  Trevor jumped off as soon as the door was open.  When they got off he asked to go again.  Guess he isn't afraid of heights.  :)

Youth Baseball night at the Reno Aces game

Tonight was youth baseball night at the Reno Aces.  Players from all over the area came to the game and did a parade around the field before the game.  Cole was so excited to be on the "Big Aces" field.  Each kid had to wear their baseball shirt and hat then when they walked by home plate they announced the name of each team.
