Science Fair 2013

Last night we went to Trevor's school science fair.  He was so excited to see his project displayed.  He got a ribbon and a certificate.  He chose to do his project on a Venus Flytrap.  He tested which part of the plant makes the trap close.  He loved showing off his plant to his class last week and is really proud of it.

Sacramento Zoo trip

We took a road trip to Sacramento to go to the zoo today.  It was a beautiful day and we had a lot of fun.

Trevor's 7th Birthday Party

Trevor chose to have his birthday party at Pump It Up again this year.  He had a lot of friends from MOMS Club and Cub Scouts show up.  All the kids had a lot of fun and Trevor loved playing with them.  Thanks to all that came.

Reno Bighorns

We went to the Reno Bighorns basketball game today with our Cub Scout friends.  It was superhero day so the boys dressed up a bit.  They got a bobble head of the mascot, Bruno, dressed as a superhero.  There was also a kids zone where the kids got to go on a bouncy and do crafts.  We had a lot of fun.

Cub Scout Tour- Nevada Historical Society

Trevor's Tiger Cub den went on a tour of the Nevada Historical Museum.  They learned about the Indians, mining, gambling, etc.  They even got to see a 2 headed calf which was all the boys favorite part.  This was his last requirement so he can earn his Tiger Cub patch at the Blue and Gold Banquet later this month.
