Planetarium

We visited the Planetarium today.  The boys enjoyed seeing the exhibit and touching the meteors.

Backyard Sledding

We have gotten some snow the last few days so we got the boys bundled up and went sledding on the hill in our backyard.  It was so much fun that the dogs even got in on the action.

Christmas 2012

We spent Christmas morning at our house and then went to Grandma and Grandpa's for lunch.  It was a fun day and the boys loved all their gifts.

Christmas Eve Bowling 2012

One of our Christmas traditions is to go bowling on Christmas Eve.  We all really look forward to it.  The boys are getting better at bowling and Trevor actually bowled without the ramp this year.

Santa Breakfast 2012

This morning we took the boys to the Santa breakfast at Circus Circus.  Cole loves sitting on Santa's lap and was so excited to see him.  Trevor took a candy cane but wasn't interested in sitting on his lap.

 After breakfast the boys rode on the tram.  They have to ride the tram at least once when we go to Circus Circus.

Polar Express 2012

Today was the day we rode the Polar Express.  We set up a special breakfast for the boys so they would know that we were going on a special train ride.  The table had a train set up on it, a conductor hat, The Polar Express book and new pajamas.  Cole was so excited all day he could hardly contain himself.  It was his first real train ride and to see Santa too was almost more then he could handle.

 There's Santa!!

 Cole and Trevor were the first ones on the train to get their bells so Santa yelled out "Trevor and Cole get the first gift of Christmas!"

We had a great time.  All the excitement got to Cole and he fell asleep as soon as we got back into the car.  Thanks for going with us Grandma!!

Cole's first soccer lesson

Cole had his first soccer lesson today.  He LOVED it!  He asked if he could go back everyday.  Here are a few pics I snapped during practice.

Cub Scout News Station Tour

Trevor's cub scout den went on a tour of news station channel 4.  The boys got to see where everyone works, the control room, the news desk and play in front of the green screen.  After the tour they got to watch them do the news live.  It was a great experience for the boys and they had a blast.  Trevor's favorite part was the control room.

Grinch Dinner

This weekend we declared a Grinch day at our house.  We woke up to Jingle holding a sign that says, "Don't be a Grinch!"

 During the day we made Grinch Cookies.

 For dinner we had Who Pudding,

 Who Hash,

 Roast Beast,

 and Grinch Punch.

After dinner we watched How the Grinch Stole Christmas.

It was a fun day and one we plan to add to our Christmas traditions.
