Last weekend we went to Boomtown Casino. They have a big fun place for kids. There is a carousel, Ferris Wheel, mini golf and lots of arcade games. The boys had a blast.

We went to the Animal Ark zoo with MOMS Club today. Sadly this is the only good picture I got. It was super windy and cold.

Sunday we went hiking at Galena Regional Park. While we were stopped for a snack we had several chipmunks and a couple blue birds join us. The boys loved watching the animals eat our pretzels and goldfish.

The other night we had bowling night. Cole loved it when it was his turn. He got so excited and kept cheering for himself.

This past weekend, we went to the Reno River Festival and an arts festival at the marina. Trevor loved the bridges over the river and Cole enjoyed the beach.

We went to Idlewild Park this morning and played in the playground, rode the train and walked around the park. The boys really liked seeing the baby geese that we hanging around the park.

We went to kitefest today. The boys enjoyed seeing all the different kites. They both got pinwheels. It was a nice windy day, perfect for kite flying.

Sunday we took Nana & Pepaw for a hike up at Galena Creek Park.

It was a super nice day today. We drove up to Windy Hill to see the view of the city. Here is Cole enjoying the view.

Mom is in Phoenix this weekend so Nana & Pepaw came to Reno to help Dad with the boys. We've had a busy few days of activities. Trevor was excited to take Pepaw on the Ferris Wheel at Scheels.

We went to the bug, snake and worm activity out at Galena Creek Park. There were different stations set up where the kids could touch the worms and snakes and then we went hunting for bugs. Cole touched the snake but Trevor didn't want anything to do with it.
